The Sensitive Diner is dedicated to providing information and resources that enable you to optimize overall wellness through nutrition.  Whether you simply want to learn how to eat and cook healthy meals, need to understand how to deal with a specific dietary need, or are looking to increase the effectiveness of your workouts, The Sensitive Diner is here to help you develop strategies for nutritional success.

Values

Nutrition is the cornerstone of a healthy body, mind and spirit.  Although each of us has unique characteristics requiring a specific nutritional balance, there are some basics that can benefit all of us. The Sensitive Diner encourages and teaches healthy eating and cooking that is based on using whole foods that are fresh, local, seasonal, organic, and unaltered. I specialize in working with individuals who present with inflammation, skin irritations, and other autoimmune disorders.

Philosophy

Achieving and maintaining wellness is a conscious lifestyle choice for each of us. We must strive to be mindful of and present to the correlation between what we consume and how we feel and function. Only then can we succeed at properly feeding our body while also nourishing our soul and spirit.
